As an introductory book about becoming a real estate agent, this was a great start. The book is easy to read and uses examples and analogies that help clarify concepts presented. It has helped give me confidence in pursuing the option to become a licensed real estate agent. I definitely recommend this book to anyone considering becoming a real estate agent. I wish the book were available in print instead of only as an ebook because I would have flagged and highlighted sections containing points I will reference in the future. (I find it quicker and easier to mark up a book in print than on the screen.)Product details

This book will teach you everything you need to know about becoming a real estate agent. Easy read and very informative.
If you have the slightest desire to become a Real Estate agent this a must read book. It will either excite you and motivate you or scare you out of your desire. It helps you to truly evaluate your ideas of becoming a agent. Read it twice then make a decision and go for it!
After sifting through all the motivational "fluff" out there, I finally found this book. Very easy to read, informative, and seems to be quite honest. I like how it paints a picture of how things "should" go as you start and then develop your career as an agent. Also, it doesn't promise big bucks or anything ridiculous, but it does tell you how many homes you would have to sell per month in order to reach certain sales goals, AND walks you through what it looks like to make things come together, which has helped me prepare emotionally as well as financially for what I'm considering doing. I'm a huge skeptic, but this book gets 5 stars.
